Jen Cui is a holistic life transformation coach helping empathic individuals fall in love with themselves so they can confidently live life on their own terms.
She is the founder of Jen Cui Health and holds a B.A. in Health and Human Sciences (concentrating in psychology) with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. Jen has been coaching since 2018 and is receiving her Life Coach Certification from the Life Coach School in October 2021. She also is a ACE certified personal trainer and NASM certified nutrition coach.
Jen has coached hundreds of people through everything from body-image, self-confidence, reframing trauma, depression and anxiety, stress and burnout, relationships and sex, and business and career path.
Using her proven methodology, every session with Jen allows her clients to feel less stressed, be more aware and satisfied in themselves, and heighten their overall quality of life.
Jen is also the host of the Find Your Freedom podcast, which is dedicated to helping people tap into their badassery, have unshakable self-confidence, and create the life they want.
